Pet Circle have stolen $129.12 from our debit card without any proof that we ordered anything, we have asked them to provide proof of what was ordered and where it was delivered too, but have not received anything, we have only used this service once over 15 months ago. So do not give this place your card details, it is under investigation by our bank.
These guys aren't honest with delivery dates, they say a date but it blows out 3 or 4 days later. Their live chat service says 43 ahead of you, waiting time 3 mins - 20 mins later you are still waiting. When I also complained on live chat about delivery, they just didn't respond, so probably offshore staff who can't handle anything that isn't scripted! I would not recommend these guys, better to pay a few dollars more and at least know they care about their customers.

Ordered food for Guide Dog's special diet food from Pet Circle (PC) online - 1st delivery came no issue. On an auto reorder (8 June 2021) the food was apparently delivered (on 11 June 2021) to someone's apartment by the look of the picture PC sent me of the delivery by their courier. I live in a residential house. Then the food was apparently delivered on 14 June 2021 (yes Queen's birthday) sent to a shop or business in a shopping centre in Burwood East in the picture provided to me by PC (see attached) from their courier. So still no delivery to me of the initial Order. PC say they are preparing another Order that will be sent by Australia Post and be delivered in 1 to 4 day. I just can't recommend them to deliver on-line after this debacle. Unfortunately I can't give PC a minus star or else I would. Simply a fiasco from start and perpetuated by a second similar fiasco - don't their couriers use GPS or even a road map and are they really that stupid, so dim as not to be able to remember where they delivered the product to - like it's not rocket science.- lets hope the use of Australia Post brings the much needed food for my dog. Sorry about the upside down picture but it wouldn't rotate for the review. Glen

Ordered from them once and they took it upon themselves to sign me up for auto delivery and keep my credit card details and illegally deduct my account a month later then blame me for not unticking the unobvious auto delivery box
Warning! Products you purchase from this website are set up for their "Auto delivery" service without any clear information that this will happen! They then charge your account 4 weeks later for another lot of product, even if you don't have an account with them. They say it says "auto delivery" on the item at purchase, but that's difficult to see, and it's such a scam to set this up as default. You should have to select this as an option! Dodgy company. Take your business elsewhere.
I have ordered some items from these guys for my pets in June 2020. And couple of days ago I have received an email saying that an order has been placed and ready to deliver to my old address. I've Checked with paypal, and they said it is a legit payment. Then I tried to contact Pet Circle. No one answered for last two days. I don't even have an account with these guys. I don't know how Pet Circle took money from my paypal and try to deliver something that I have never ordered. Be careful fellows. Do not save your Paypal information with these guys. Remember If something happens there is no one to contact. This is a complete SCAM!
We ran out of dog biscuits over the Easter long weekend. These are not readily available from supermarkets or pet stores. An order placed with Pet Circle on Good Friday was delivered mid-morning the following Tuesday. You can't do better than that!!
I placed one order for a new kind of food for my cat. I noticed that their website had automatic re-order set as their default, so I purposefully (and definitely) opted OUT of re-order. Of course I wouldn't set up a re-order for a food product before my cat had even tried it. Pet Circle then charged me for a false "re-order". When I phoned to request a refund for an order I never placed, they alternated between apologising for "accidentally" setting up a re-order and then blaming me for doing this. Their story kept changing. They are being very avoidant about giving me a refund. Pet Circle seems to be dishonest and fraudulent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM PET CIRCLE.
Thank you for the fast shipping of our new dog food. It is a prescription diet, and is so much cheaper at Pet Circle than buying from our vet.
I will definitely be buying it from Pet Circle than anywhere else, as they are the best price.

They need to have better delivery procedures 3 out of 4 deliveries had problems....
Blocking front door access, delivered to wrong house, order delivered in 3 deliveries - prompted for last delivery.

At this stage I don't know because I only contacted 2 companies. The first didn't have the 2nd item that i wanted. They were quick to send.
You have what i need so in future i will only be purchasing from you as it's better to get it all at once from one company.

Initially it was reasonably prompt, however once they realised I was very dissatisfied and wasn't accepting of their scripted apologies they would disconnect me from live chat asap. This happened several times.

Unresponsive to emails, be prepared to wait using Live Chat (if you can get it to work).
